Using our on site machine shop and Model 3 tubing bender, Grizzly Offroad is able to build the custom parts you need.  If we can't find what you want in the magazines and catalogs, we'll make the part from scratch to your specifications.

Traction Bars  

Many parts, such as heavy duty traction bars, just don't make sense to ship to Alaska.  We order the laser cut bracket kit from SoCal Super Trucks then build the ladder bars you need on site.  Our bars are much stronger than the store bought sets, and are usually significantly cheaper due to the eliminated shipping charges.

Want to run longer shocks or a dual set up in the front?  Let us build you a super strong set of shock hoops before you hit those whoops on the frontage roads.  All our customs builds are make from .120 1 3/4" tubing for superior strength and longevity.  Mounting brackets and tabs are laser cut from 1/4" steel.

Many wheelers want to be able to move their winch from the front to the back and visa versa.  We can build a super strong custom winch mount to make sure you're never stranded in the deep woods when that sun goes down!

Again, using the best and strongest material, we can build a simple or complex bumper to guard the front and rear of your truck or wheeler.

Side guards are also a great addition to protect your investment.  Do you really want to trust your sheet metal to a chrome Nerf bar made form the thinest material available?
